El sofá cama no tenia ni sabanas. 5. Las luces de una de las habitaciones no funcionaban, ni los enchufes.. 6. La limpieza tampoco es que fuese buena.... 7. Una puerta esta apunto de caerse... 8. La imagen que sale de la fachada no es la real, el apartamento esta justo enfrente. es otro edificio. 9. Las fotos que cuelgan en booking no tienen mucho parecido a lo que te encuentras realmente. Vamos, un autentico desastre de apartamento y la atención pésima. I START TO ENUMERATE: THE MOST SERIOUS ISSUE – We had neither hot water nor heating... in the middle of November in London... with humidity. The boiler was broken and leaking. We messaged the owner via the chat, and they didn’t even respond... The reservation was for 6 people, and they knew this, yet they only left towels for 4. The sofa bed didn’t even have sheets. The lights in one of the rooms didn’t work, nor did the plugs. The cleaning wasn’t exactly great... One of the doors is about to fall off... The image shown on the facade is not the real one; the apartment is directly in front of it, in a different building. The photos posted on Booking don’t really resemble what you actually find. Honestly, it was a complete disaster of an apartment, and the service was terrible.
