Positive: Nothing. Negative: The apartment is very small and cramped. The apartment is not clean, and the kitchen and freezer are very dirty. There are leftover food in the refrigerator, and they didn't respond to us when we informed them! Customer service is poor, unresponsive, and completely uncooperative. There are no clothes hangers in the rooms or bathrooms. Late checkout is not free.

The person's tone answering the messages online after the keybox code didn't work what they provided as it was changed , calling me a "mate" was very unprofessional. After I stopped a stranger who was coming out of the building, he called down a person from next door to the apartment. He opened the keybox and told me to wait on the street while he is checking "something" at the flat. Still don't know what was that about. The whole situation made me feel weird.
