Great value for money, with amazing communication from host. Location perfect for our visit. Positive: It was exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed and more for our stay. The location was great for what we were visiting for, and was in walking distance to shops and cafes. Was a very smooth process in terms of receiving information on how to enter the property and was given all extra information about what we needed to know before arriving to the property. Was a perfect stay and great value for money. Negative: Everything was perfect!

Siamo stati bene Positive: Appartamento spazioso, erano presenti diversi accessori utili (lavatrice, microonde, phon, stendino e asse da stiro, wi-fi) tutto quel che serve insomma Negative: La pulizia non proprio profonda ma solo superficiale, ho trovato il forno molto sporco e dalla camera da letto dal camino uscivano gli scarafaggi. Il rumore in strada un po’ troppo forte (le finestre non isolano) e la zona di periferia che magari all’inizio mette in soggezione ma che poi non ci ha dato nessun problema.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The apartment is very small and cramped. The apartment is not clean, and the kitchen and freezer are very dirty. There are leftover food in the refrigerator, and they didn't respond to us when we informed them! Customer service is poor, unresponsive, and completely uncooperative. There are no clothes hangers in the rooms or bathrooms. Late checkout is not free.
