Perfect Positive: The property was very clean,other tenants were very welcoming and considerate,slept peacefully with no noise and the owner checked up to ensure that we were all alright.

Polite owner, property clean & rooms good size for short stay. Guess unlucky with other noisy guests Positive: No breakfast. Location was very quiet and suited well my personal needs and the area I needed to be for other family members but is not close to any transport links or items of interest. Negative: The guests in the next room were extremely unsociable. Very loud into the early hours of the morning talking loud on their phones and taking showers at 3.00 a.m. I had to knock on their door at 2.00 a.m. to politely ask them to lower the noise slightly if possible, but the noise created by taking showers at stupid times was unexplainable to me. Also in the morning, there was an additional person sleeping on the settee in the shared living room making it uncomfortable for us trying not to disturb them. Not sure if this was a paying guest or someone invited back by guests.

Comfortable, stylish, calm, walking distance from tram line Positive: The house was very beautiful, well designed and clean. The bed was also very comfortable and there were some lovely touches in the room and communal spaces. I also appreciated the calm and quiet. The communal spaces were great because the other guests were really lovely and I was able to socialise with them. Negative: The only issues I experienced were the weak internet signal, even when using my data, and the lack of heating/access to control the room temperature. Myself and another guest were rather cold but it was only a night stay for me so I managed. There were radiators but no accessible thermostat. I didn’t receive a response back when I messaged for help with that. I would happily consider booking again if I knew these issues would be resolved.
