Family-Friendly 3-Bed House with Huge Garden

DO NOT STAY HERE - Vermin in loft space, unsecure, dirty, poorly maintained/cleaned. STAY ELSEWHERE! Positive: Off road parking. Convenient location for us Negative: There are definitely unwanted guests in this property. Noises, scratching and scurrying about were heard coming from the loft. Not sure if it was rats, mice, squirrels we didn't try to find out. The rear door was damaged and not very secure. The place was not very clean. Dirty toilet and filthy oven. The plug for the microwave was unsafe and was sparking in the socket. There were signs of water damage/ damp in the walls. The photos on the listing are not representative of the property. They are either very old or the place has deteriorated very quickly since they were taken. The condition of the property (dirty and infested) suggests it is either very poorly maintained, cleaned or both. This property is clearly being badly managed by the owner and/or management company. To put this into a bit of context we booked to stay 4 nights. After 1 night we left and paid for alternative accommodation. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The heater don't work!!! Positive: The apartment is beautiful, but it's cold! The heater simply didn't work, and we tried everything we could to turn it on, but it just didn't work. This made our experience horrible. We were cold all night and couldn't sleep comfortably. Negative: The apartment is beautiful, but it's cold! Negative: Was problem with shower and probably rats on the loft.

Negative: Malgré plusieurs messages et demandes répétées, le propriétaire n’est jamais intervenu pour réparer le système de chauffage, qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cette situation a rendu le logement très froid et difficile à vivre, notamment pendant cette période. . Etat général de la maison était très abîmé. La salle de bains présentait un sérieux problème de fuite, avec de l’eau qui coulait constamment sur le sol, rendant l’utilisation de cette pièce désagréable et peu hygiénique. Pas de Wi-Fi, la maison est très SALLE, pas assez de matériel nécessaire comme par exemple du papier hygiénique, dans la salle de bain. Je déconseille !

A worse place to stay . Please be aware of this place Positive: Nothing. Filthy house Negative: No TV leaking radiator. Broken dishwasher with stinky plates with food at least 1 month. Pillow full of stain. Night very noise through out can't sleep.Radiator leaking water. No internet. Walls full dirty and mud. Broken door. Outside full of broken glass cant step in to garden. Contacted landlord doesn't want to do anything about it. Shitty place . Never seen any house like that before.
